  • Your reeds will be shipped to you as soon as they are finished, typically two to three weeks after you place your order.
  • Sometimes leaks or cracks may occur during transit. In the event that you receive a defective reed, please return it to me and it will be replaced at no charge.
  • International orders: please contact me directly to ask about international shipping rates.
